Driftwood pieces have hangers attached to the back. Artwork pieces that stand off from the wall have welded mounts for hanging on screws and create a shadowing effect.  Artwork pieces that are touching the wall don't have mounts but are simply hung on finishing nails.  

 

Please make sure at least one nail goes into a stud to support the load (more of course if the pieces are larger).
